What is the warrant of Siya's Furniture?

Your warranty depends on proof of purchase, so keep your invoice and warranty in a safe place as you will need to produce them both in the unlikely event of a claim.

Your warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Your warranty provides for the free repair of the faulty unit, provided that the purchaser, at his own cost, delivers and collects the item concerned to and from the factory.

Bakos Brothers shall honour the warranty on any item, subject to the following:

  • the defect must have existed in the product at the time of delivery and manifested during the relevant warranty period;
  • the defect did not arise due to normal wear and tear, or the misuse, abuse or neglect of the item;
  • the disclaimer in respect of the natural characteristics of all natural products used in the manufacture of the items;
  • the item has only been used for the purpose for which it was intended, in a domestic environment. Commercial use of an item must be specifically recorded and agreed to by Bakos Brothers;
  • the customer has duly complied with the care and maintenance instructions provided with the items;
  • the customer has not altered or modified the items.

Bakos Brothers warrants that all items, excluding clearance and shop-soiled items, are free from defects and are of a quality that the customer is reasonably entitled to expect from the items. All such items are warranted against faulty materials (subject to the disclaimers in respect of all natural materials) and workmanship for a period of 2 years.

All clearance items and shop-soiled items are sold on an “as-is” and “voets-toots” basis, and Bakos Brothers make no warranties in respect thereof other than that the items are suitable for their intended purpose and are of a quality to be reasonably expected from clearance and/or shop-soiled items.

  • The frame has a 10 year warranty.
  • The springs and webbing have a 5 year warranty.
  • The foam has a 2 year warranty.
  • The cushion filling has a 2 year warranty.

Is the Delivery free of charge?

Yes , the Delivery is free of  charge.

Is it possible to change my design if i am not happy with it?

Yes, designs can be altered or changed completely if they are not to your liking.

If my furniture has damage, what can i do?

You can set a enqury on our form with your contact details and the problem you having with your furniture ,then will call you back and set a date to fix the damage.

Do i have to pay for a damaged furniture?

It depends how many time has been damaged. But for a first damage is free.

Could you tell me the price of a certain item?
